Barton Springs Pool: A Splash of Personality

We started the session at Barton Springs Pool, one of the most loved spots in Austin. Since Mallory spent years as a competitive swimmer, it was the perfect backdrop to honor that part of her story. The natural spring water, limestone edges, and lush green surroundings gave us a fun, fresh vibe—and Mallory totally rocked it!

Whether she was dipping her toes in or posing by the iconic poolside, every shot felt effortlessly her—laid-back, strong, and vibrant.

Next, we headed to Mount Bonnell for golden hour. With sweeping views of Lake Austin and the Hill Country, this location is a favorite for Austin photo sessions—and for good reason. The sunset light up there is chef’s kiss perfection.

We caught those dreamy last rays of sunlight as Mallory looked out over the water and posed on the stone steps. The contrast between the relaxed poolside shots and the elegant, glowing Mount Bonnell portraits gave her gallery a beautiful variety.
