I’m a wife, mother and photographer. My husband and I were married in 2010 and we had three babies in three short years. We live in beautiful Wimberley, Texas surrounded by the hills, rivers and creeks. There’s no better place in Texas for a photographer to live. When I’m not photographing weddings I love being outside with my kids, hot yoga, cooking, art, traveling and interior design.
I have been photographing weddings since 2007 and absolutely love it! I was lucky enough to first discover photography as a freshman in high school. I went to Texas State University and graduated with a degree in Advertising and Photography. I’ve photographed over 600 weddings and have been fortunate enough to travel the world documenting my couple’s love. I’ve been published both nationally and internationally and an award-winning member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association. I consider myself a photojournalist who has a fashion-photography flare.
I live for real-life moments such as the dad crying as he sees his daughter, the groom tearing up at the first glance and all the laughter and love in between. I strive to create a true story of your day as it naturally unfolds. No two weddings are alike and that is the fun of it!
Photography has been my favorite thing to do since I was 14. How did I get so lucky to do this for a living?
As a true Texan, I like my food spicy. Really spicy. My preference is burn-your-mouth-off hot.
Hot Yoga. I need it in my life daily. The hotter, the better.
My family is the best. I couldn't make it through life without them.
